Steel Fabrications

Our Steel Fabrications workshop is an additional 8000 sq ft and fully equipped with 80 tonne brake press and 3 metre guillotine, rolls, angle rolls, profile burners, plasma cutters and band saws.

All operated by an experienced and fully trained team.

Non Destructive Testing

We provide NDT inspection services carrying out Liquid Penetrant testing. We also provide Magnetic Particle and Radiography Services through our approved contractor.

Welding

Heatons Engineering have a wide range of static and portable welding equipment for mild steels, stainless steels and aluminiums. As you would expect our welding team are fully trained and coded in GTWW, SMAW and GMAW processes.
